Josh Williams: Camp Director

Krystle Williams : Office Manager/ Social Media

About Josh-

Josh has served in a wide variety of roles throughout his life, each one shaping his heart for leadership and ministry. He has owned multiple businesses, including a restaurant in China and a maintenance and painting company. He currently serves as the Outreach Minister at Niceville Christian Church, where he and his wife, Krystle, lead both middle school and high school students. In addition to stepping into his new role as Camp Director, he will continue serving in this outreach ministry.

In the past, Josh has worked as a university teacher in China, served as a forwarding agent, and led short-term mission trips with North Burma Christian. He has also contributed as a researcher at the University of Florida.

Despite his many accomplishments, Josh would tell you his most meaningful roles have been being a dad to his three children and a husband to his best friend. Now, he is excited to step into this new chapter as Camp Director at the very camp he grew up attending—a place that helped shape his own faith and calling.

About Krystle-

Krystle, Josh’s wife of over 20 years, works alongside him as the camp’s Office Manager while also stepping into various roles as needed. Throughout her life, she has served in a wide variety of positions, most of which center around her passion for education. She has co-written and published homeschool curriculum with a cooperative of other educators and has taught in a variety of settings, including a university in China, public middle school, Logos Homeschool Co-op, Bible Study Fellowship as a student leader, and as an art instructor and manager at Do It Yourself Art Studio and Corks & Colors, among many other roles.

Krystle has also served alongside Josh as a forwarding agent for North Burma Christian and contributed to the youth ministry at Niceville Christian Church. Despite her many accomplishments, her favorite roles remain being a homeschool mama to their three children and a wife to her best friend. While Krystle didn’t grow up attending camp, she is thrilled to join her family in serving the community and the children who come to Tri-State Christian Camp.
