God has called us to have courage and strength in Spirit to be faithful followers and leaders for Him. The best part is He will never leave us alone, and He equips us with all that we need. Whether you are in a season of uncertainty, fear, or transition, this retreat will be a reminder of God’s unshakeable presence and promise.
Here are some details you’ll need to know:
Our retreat takes place at Tri-State Christian Camp, 100 Christian Camp Road, DeFuniak Springs, Florida in the main Retreat Center building – Friday August 28th through Saturday August 29th . Women of all ages are invited, including your high school and college age daughters and friends!
Register before August 21 st . The registration fee is $60 - which covers 3 meals, materials, and one overnight accommodation.
Please communicate through email or call (or if fill out a paper registration indicate on the form) if you need special accommodations.
There are 4 staff rooms available on campus at no extra charge (first come/needs assessed basis). There are also local hotels (each within 5-7 miles from camp) that are at the US 331 DeFuniak Springs Exit and at the SR 285 Exit. RV hook-ups are also available upon request.
You may begin checking in at 5:00 p.m. CT on Friday evening at the Registration Table, where you will receive your name tag, a folder, and sign up for a cabin. *Please do not set up your cabin of choice before registering. Door registrations will continue until 7:00 p.m. CT., and opened again at 7:00 a.m. CT on Saturday.
The retreat will begin Friday evening at 5:30 p.m. CT with dinner being served. Our program begins at 6:30 p.m. CT, and will close at 3:00 p.m. CT on Saturday.
We are welcoming sweet and salty treats for our dessert table. If your last name begins with A-M bring something salty; N-Z bring something sweet. Please bring your treats in an airtight container for storage overnight.
Dress for the retreat will be casual. Bring your Bible, sleepwear, a change of clothes, a sweater or light jacket, towels, bedding for cabin bunks, and any personal items and medications that you will need for a one-night stay. If you want to go swimming Saturday afternoon bring your bathing suit!
